How long does it take for my food to arrive once it has been shipped?
Orders placed Monday – Thursday will be received 24hrs later. Any orders placed Friday-Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.
Will the food come frozen or fresh?
We send products out both frozen and fresh.
Can I freeze my food if it comes fresh?
Yes, you can freeze it.
How long can I freeze my food for?
You can freeze food for up to 12 months.
Does the raw pet food smell?
Some raw pet food products smell, such as Green Tripe and Tripe & Beef. However, dogs love the smell and taste as these flavours are some of our biggest sellers.
At what age can I start feeding my puppy a raw diet?
You can start feeding your puppy a raw diet from 6 weeks old, giving them the best start in life.
